Position: Starbucks Barista
About: Dierbergs Markets is offering part-time and full-time opportunities for a Starbucks Barista. The Starbucks Barista role involves providing detailed descriptions of menu items, assisting customers with selections, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately to brighten customers’ day.
Requirements: At least 16 years of age; Read basic information (e.g. company policies, procedures, and food/drink orders); Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages; Basic computer skills; Ability to listen and communicate effectively; Capacity to work independently and as part of a team; Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays; Prompt and regular attendance; Adherence to dress code, appearance, and hygiene standards; Willingness to receive a Hepatitis A vaccination where required; No perfume, nail polish, or large jewelry allowed; Potential cross-training in other departments
