Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred; strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality; flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
