Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and multi-step processes; capacity to work independently and in a team; ability to handle cash operations; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; capability to work in varying temperatures and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds.
