Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; any previous comparable experience desired; ability to create a welcoming environment for customers; knowledge of products sold within the department; strong teamwork and collaboration skills; proficiency in following company guidelines for preparing beverages and handling transactions; familiarity with inventory management and stocking procedures; adherence to safety regulations and food safety guidelines; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; integrity in handling customer and business information; willingness to provide support to individuals with special needs; must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
