Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; any previous comparable experience desired; ability to create a welcoming environment for customers; strong teamwork and communication skills; knowledge of department products and ability to make suggestions; experience in preparing beverages to standards; familiarity with inventory management; adherence to safety and food regulations; willingness to report any incidents or safety risks; ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment; honest and cooperative conflict management; capable of assisting individuals with special needs; must perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
