Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; Welcoming and helpful attitude; Ability to communicate effectively; Attention to detail; Ability to work independently and with a team; Cash handling skills; Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 44 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and remain mobile during shifts
