Requirements: Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; work independently and in a team; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; remain composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within set timeframes; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; work in varying temperature environments and handle common allergens; capable of remaining mobile for scheduled shift duration
