Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow processes; capacity to work independently and in a team; capability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in varying temperatures and handle allergens; mobility throughout scheduled shifts; compliance with safety policies and procedures
