About: The Grand Sierra, a popular casino resort in Las Vegas, is seeking energetic and customer service-oriented individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as Baristas. The Baristas play a crucial role in ensuring guests are served with warmth and professionalism, promoting coffee consumption, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the coffee bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; previous Barista experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and colleagues; strong English language skills; excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; flexible availability for shifts, including holidays and weekends; minimum age of 16 years; dedication to meeting client expectations and respectful communication
