Position: Starbucks Barista
About: Starbucks is seeking a dedicated Barista to contribute to the Starbucks experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; must be eighteen (18) years of age or older; ability to work well in a team and build relationships; strong interpersonal skills; quick learner; effective communication in English both verbally and in writing; successful completion of job interview, BASSET training, and ServeSafe Sanitation training; willingness to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel for training; must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Occupational License as per Illinois Gaming Act requirements
