Requirements: Excellent customer service skills; high school diploma or equivalent; any previous comparable experience desired; ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment; strong knowledge of department products and ability to make recommendations; teamwork and collaboration skills; experience in preparing beverages to standards; familiarity with kitchen equipment and inventory management; adherence to safety and food regulations; conflict management and problem-solving abilities; integrity in handling customer and business information; willingness to assist individuals with special needs; able to perform job functions with or without accommodation
