Requirements: Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred; welcoming attitude towards guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively; work independently and in a team; strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment; handle cash operations; climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; work in varying temperature environments and with allergens; remain mobile throughout shifts
