Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; any previous comparable experience desired; ability to create a welcoming environment for customers, collaborate with associates, and adhere to company guidelines; knowledge of products within the department and ability to make suggestions and answer questions; effective communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in preparing beverage selections and handling transactions; strong attention to detail in product quality and inventory management; commitment to safety procedures and compliance with food safety regulations; ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally; honest, ethical, and able to handle customer and business information with integrity; willingness to provide support to customers with special needs; capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation
