Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; any previous comparable experience desired; ability to create a welcoming environment for customers by providing product information and recommendations, collaborating with associates, and preparing beverage selections; strong communication and teamwork skills; adherence to safety and food regulations; ability to handle high-paced and stressful situations with honesty, integrity, and conflict management skills; willingness to provide support to a diverse range of individuals including minors, those with special needs, and older adults; must be able to perform job functions with or without accommodation
