Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in customer service preferred; Passion for providing exceptional customer experience; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; Team player with a positive attitude towards teamwork; Attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures; Ability to stand for extended periods of time
