Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a barista preferred; strong customer service skills; ability to work in a team environment; knowledge of food and beverage preparation; flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and engage in various physical tasks
