Position: Stand Manager
About: Oversee the concession stands and handle operations, issues and situation during an event, control inventory during events. Essential duties include verifying inventory counts, training new workers, tracking inventory, ensuring product availability, enforcing policies, monitoring food quality, providing customer service, and completing paperwork. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Desire to work as a team; excellent people and customer service skills; ability to follow instructions; able to supervise employees; sound decision-making skills; clean professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy. Previous supervisor or management experience in Food & Beverage industry is a plus; prior knowledge in the food service industry; approved sanitation class required by the state; SERV Safe training within 90 days of employment.
