Position: Staffing Specialist
About: QS Nurses, an Openwork Company, is looking for a Staffing Specialist to help us grow and strengthen relationships with both our clients and healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role is essential in ensuring that our active database is effectively managed, and both clients and HCPs receive the highest level of service.
Requirements: Experience in customer service, staffing, recruiting, or a related field (preferred but not required); strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to handle high-volume outbound calls efficiently; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; passion for providing excellent service to both clients and healthcare professionals; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
