Position: Staffing Consultant

This role involves recruiting and matching candidates to clients, developing customer relationships, and abiding by company policies and procedures in a collaborative setting.
Requirements: Maintain accurate attendance; Review individual performance with leadership regularly; Prioritize and plan daily activities to meet performance standards; Perform client retention and new client targeting actions; Interview, assess, and recommend candidates for job orders; Negotiate pay and benefits with candidates; Manage candidate inventory levels; Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly; Comply with company policies and safety protocols; Work independently and under pressure; Exercise sound judgment in placement decisions; Communicate effectively with clients and candidates; Enter data accurately in assigned systems daily; Type 36 WPM and proficient in MS Office tools and internet use.
