Position: STAFF SERVICES MANAGER III
About: Under the direction of the Chief and the Deputy Chief of the Division of Apprenticeship Standards, the Staff Services Manager III will be the Leader of the Apprenticeship and Workforce Innovation (AWI) Unit, a team focused on expanding apprenticeships in CA across all sectors except the building and fire trades. Duties will include but are not limited to strategizing statewide on apprenticeship expansion, identifying and participating in events to promote apprenticeship, managing the statewide Branch Chiefs on both Partnerships and Program Management and providing thought leadership on expanding apprenticeship into areas such as healthcare, technology, civil service, business services among other sectors.
