Position: Staff – Registered Nurse (RN) – Director Palliative – $78K-90K per year

Requirements: Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, assertiveness, and presentation skills required; knowledge of seriously ill patients and their families and understanding of palliative care; compliance with professional standards and practices. Education/Experience: Registered Nurse with Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative Care Experience preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in business or related field preferred; minimum of 2 years healthcare administration/operations management; certified in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred; prior experience with budgetary responsibilities; understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, commercial insurance billing, and reimbursement. Training/Equipment: Fluent competence in computer and smartphone navigation; working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; reliable transportation with current automobile insurance and valid driver’s license.
