Position: Staff Engagement Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, or a related role; Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proven experience designing and executing large-scale events and initiatives; Proficiency in engagement tools, survey platforms, and event management software is a plus
