Position: Staff Assistant – Inmate Accounts – Denver Sheriff Department
About: The Denver Sheriff Department, the largest Sheriff Department agency in Colorado, is seeking a Staff Assistant to join the DDC Logistics unit within the Operations Division. The Staff Assistant will be responsible for managing money and deposits related to the inmate accounting system, Keefe, and working in the jail environment with exposure to incarcerated individuals.
Requirements: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET, or TASC Certificate; Four years of experience performing specialized and/or technical office support work at the level of Administrative Support Assistant IV; One year of education may substitute for each required year of experience; Must obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearance within the probationary period
