Requirements: Required – Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Training & Development or related field; Preferred – Master’s degree; Required – 5 years of experience in adult training, talent management, org effectiveness and/or in an organizational development, including supporting development programs, using adult learning approaches; Preferred – Experience working with virtual learning platforms, a Learning Management System, and Korn Ferry competency modeling. Experience in healthcare; Preferred – Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or SHRM-CP, 360-degree feedback and/or coaching certification
