Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced retail environment; Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to achieve sales goals; Sales & Customer Service Expertise: Passion for exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and utilizing consultative selling techniques; Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of home furnishings and design principles; Business Acumen & Analytics: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Technology Proficiency: Comfort with mobile applications, CRM systems, and design tools
