Position: Sr Sourcing Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytical Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in professional services procurement; strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing complex IT services agreements; deep understanding of IT service categories, including consulting, managed services, and outsourcing models; experience working with an MSP or Contingent Workforce Management program; strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier negotiations; proficiency in procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass, or similar); excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
