Position: Sr Producer, D23 Events
About: The Walt Disney Company (Corporate) in Glendale, California, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr Producer for D23 Events to oversee in-person and virtual member events for D23: The Official Disney Fan Club.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, project management, event production finance or a related field; Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously; Previous experience working with events at The Walt Disney Company; Strong project management and organizational skills; Budget management expertise, including creating and reconciling budgets and P&Ls; Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Familiarity with event production tools and software; Knowledge of event safety protocols and compliance regulations; Understanding of creative and production workflows; Familiar with D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, and deep knowledge of Disney’s history, brands, processes, and culture; Able to work a flexible event schedule (which may include travel), including nights and weekends as needed.
