Requirements: Previous extensive experience in account management and/or music industry; Understanding of licensing deals between labels & streaming services; Knowledge of metadata & copyrights; Familiarity with how music publishing works; Creative thinker with the ability to craft structured & clear strategic proposals from creative ideas; Proficient in analyzing data & extracting key actionable insights; An understanding of how artists work and extremely capable in communicating effectively with artists & creative teams; Ability to effectively communicate, align cross-functional teams, & provide leadership to colleagues in other markets to ensure successful execution of complex global initiatives
