Position: Sr. Manager, Global Travel and Events
About: MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Travel and Events to oversee and manage the company’s corporate travel and events program on a global scale within the Global Supply Chain organization. This role involves implementing policies, negotiating vendor contracts, and leveraging technology to streamline travel operations across global markets. The position also focuses on expanding and implementing the travel program in new locations worldwide to support business growth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred); 8+ years of experience in corporate travel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Experience with a global roll out – expanding and implementing travel programs internationally; Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, risk management, duty-of-care programs and emergency response planning
