Requirements: 7+ years of experience in event planning and production, with a focus on B2B experiential or event marketing; Proven track record of managing multiple events and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills; Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making and strategy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative and memorable client experiences; Flexibility and adaptability to changing event requirements and environments, with strong problem-solving abilities; Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships; Willingness to travel across different regions as needed.
