Position: Sr. Manager, Engineering

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is strongly preferred; 8 years of experience within a maintenance engineering role in the dairy or food/beverage industry required; Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising maintenance personnel required; Working experience with fillers, blow mold machines, HVAC & Boiler, PLC knowledge, electrical experience up to 480 volt, ammonia/refrigeration systems, Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) experience, CMMS knowledge, managing capital projects, Union, Safety, and Workers’ Compensation experience preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD; Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures; Proficiency in Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures; Subject matter expert in Continuous Improvement (CI) Processes in the Management Operating Structure (MOS).
