Requirements: Four-year degree (Preferably: Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance) or equivalent work experience; 5+ years finance and/or business experience; Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning, and organizational skills; Excellent communication and relationship-building aptitude, with a team-oriented focus; Credible thought leader; strong strategic and leadership skills; Capital Markets experience, specifically in banking, retail, or other corporate setting preferred; MBA preferred
