Position: Sr. Logistics Manager
About: CEVA Logistics is looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee logistics and production control activities in the warehouse setting. This role involves leading and managing site operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, profitability, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, production control, and operations management, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic work environment at CEVA Logistics.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Minimum five years related experience; Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education; Five to seven years of industry and start-up experience preferred; Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications; Strong ability to allocate work assignments, manage financial aspects, and interpret business regulations; Experience in managing logistics operations preferred.
