Position: Sr HR Compliance Consultant
About: Ochsner Health, a leading healthcare provider committed to serving, healing, leading, educating, and innovating since 1942, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Compliance Consultant to join their People Operations team. This role focuses on improving HR policies, practices, and processes to ensure compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local labor laws while enhancing the overall employee experience at Ochsner Health.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Minimum 5 years of HR compliance related experience; Experience with federal and state employment laws and regulations including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, other EEO laws, and federal and local laws affecting the employer-employee relationship; Project management and process improvement experience
