Position: Sr. Events Planner
About: The University of Miami is seeking a Sr. Events Planner to oversee all aspects of planning meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and special events for the Lowe Art Museum. The role involves ensuring the quality and strategic alignment of events with the museum’s goals and objectives.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required, 5 years preferred with progressive management skills; Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes: Effective communication skills, ability to handle stressful situations professionally, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously, sound judgment and diplomacy in interactions with various stakeholders.
