Position: Sr Event Planner
About: Medline Industries, LP is looking for a Senior Level Customer Experience Event Planning professional to plan, manage, and oversee customer events and meetings, including marketing segment roundtables, advisory board meetings, conference-based customer dinners, and customer consultant speaking engagements. The role involves supporting the Customer Experience leader in executing Executive Supply Chain Roundtables and other meeting and event requests.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Work Experience: Minimum of two years in an event or travel role with direct customer facing experience; Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Self-starter, strong sense of urgency, team player, customer focused, detail-oriented, experience communicating with executives, negotiating with vendors, prioritizing workload, ability to work occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, travel up to 20% for business purposes, intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
