Position: Sr. Event Planner

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Marketing, or Business with a minimum of 6 years of related experience; proficiency in Event Management Software for online event registration, check-in roster generation, targeted event emails, managing event budgets, and providing event reporting; attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing business materials; negotiation skills to secure the best purchasing agreements; customer-oriented with excellent process and project management skills; well-versed in event planning and hospitality logistics; adaptable to shifting priorities; articulate in written and oral communication; creative with problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented with meticulous focus; strong interpersonal skills; good judgment and perceptiveness; effective listening skills
