Position: Sr. Event Operations Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant professional experience; experience managing the delivery of events with 20,000+ attendees within a shared services or agency capacity; direct experience with esports production; skilled negotiator; demonstrated leadership capabilities; strong customer and attendee experience focus; ability to multitask and proactively manage projects with minimal supervision; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in creating to-scale floor plans using AutoCAD or similar product
