Position: Sr. Event Manager & Team Lead (Internal Employee Events)
About: Crawford Group is seeking a Sr. Event Manager & Team Lead to join our client’s team in San Francisco and San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in event design, execution, strategic planning, and partnership collaboration. They will lead the delivery of global campaigns, executive and VIP events, and manage a team of Crawford Event Specialists.
Requirements: Senior-level program/project manager with 7+ years of experience; Must be organized, detail oriented, a self starter, proactive; Must be a people leader and creative executor; Event experience and production required; Experience with employee-centered global gatherings and events; Be a smart and resourceful individual and team player; Experience with enterprise company or agency; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly complex matrix; Ability to drive to tight deadlines
