Position: Sr. Director of Advancement
About: Catalyst Miami is seeking a Senior Director of Advancement to lead their Development & Communications Team, overseeing communications and narrative strategy, fundraising initiatives, and fostering a culture of philanthropy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent; a minimum of 6 years of related experience, including 3 years of managerial experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms; expertise in fundraising, grant writing, major gifts, and CRM management; strong leadership and team management skills; passion for social justice and integrity
