Position: Sr. Director, Culinary Operations & Innovation/Executive Chef

About: Miller’s Ale House is seeking a dedicated Sr. Director, Culinary Operations & Innovation/Executive Chef to lead the development of recipes consistent with the company’s quality standards and innovation. The role focuses on driving top-line sales growth and guest satisfaction by partnering with various teams at the Restaurant Support Center to execute a strategic menu strategy.

Requirements: 4-year college degree or culinary arts degree required; 15 years of experience in innovative culinary R&D with 10 years in leadership; 5+ years of multi-unit casual dining restaurant experience in a senior culinary operations role; experienced with Microsoft Office products; ability to work in a cross-functional team; willingness to reside in the Orlando area or relocate; travel flexibility required; knowledge of restaurant operations, culinary skills, profit and loss statements, safety, and sanitation management; strong attention to detail and administrative capability; passion for food and hospitality industry.
