Position: Sr Dir, F&B Experience & Innovation
About: Vail Resorts, a leading organization in the hospitality and travel industry, is seeking a Senior Director of F&B Experience & Innovation to join their dynamic Mountain Food and Beverage team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences across their diverse portfolio of dining options.
Requirements: 15+ years operational leadership experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Travel & Leisure industry; Expertise in leading a multi-unit portfolio with at least $100M in revenue; Progressive F&B leadership experience with demonstrated growth in responsibilities; Command of front and back of house business management; Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and partners; Experience in large-scale change management environments; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and F&B point of sale systems; Willingness to travel within North American resort portfolio and work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
