Position: Sr. Catering Manager – Universities
About: SodexoMAGIC, a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson, is seeking a Sr. Catering Manager to support the dining operations for the University of Illinois Chicago. Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 1 year of basic functional experience in food or culinary services; knowledge of HACCP and safety standards; ability to control cost of goods and train staff on proper standards; working knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and food service operations; strong leadership skills; strong focus on food quality and presentation; technical competence in unit financial management; exceptional time management skills
