Position: Sr. Beverage Manager – Minute Maid Park
About: Aramark is currently seeking a Sr Beverage Manager to support Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros! The Sr Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall beverage and bar program at the stadium, developing and maintaining strategies to optimize results, and additionally assisting with other premium/catering department needs for special events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 3 years of related experience required; Previous experience in a supervisor or manager-level role in beverage, bar, or special events operations required; Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships required; Must have excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills; Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic; Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required; Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time; Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
