Position: Sprinkler Designer
About: Build your career with the industry-leading fire, life safety, and security company, focusing on designing and developing sprinkler systems to prevent or aid fires. Responsibilities include research, analysis, prototyping, system designing, upgrades, testing, installation, repairs, and maintenance checks for quality and efficiency.
Requirements: Minimum 2-year degree in a related field (preferred); NICET certification (preferred); Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred); at least 2 years of experience using CAD software, particularly HydraCad or AutoSprink; Fire Protection experience preferred, plumbing or HVAC design experience may be considered; minimum 2 years working in a professional environment; strong organizational skills; excellent attention to detail; abundance of patience for complex projects; ability to think in a three-dimensional manner
