Position: SPORTS THEMED Restaurant Bartender
About: Springhill Suites ODU – Norfolk, VA is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will prepare beverages for guests and servers in a quick, courteous, and efficient manner in accordance with established procedures. This position reports directly to the General Manager and requires knowledge of bartending, mixology, and adherence to state and local ABC regulations.
Requirements: Basic reading, writing, and math skills; specialized knowledge of bartending and mixing drinks; certification as required by state or local laws; legal age to serve alcohol; experience in cash handling procedures and knowledge of ABC regulations; strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills; physical ability to meet job demands such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling supplies; ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
