Position: Sports & Event Services Manager

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or other related field; Five (5) years of experience in athletics, sales, or customer service; experience in the hospitality industry and/or sports field is preferred; Thorough knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet marketing skills; Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and details; passion for sports and background in event planning; Strong sense of initiative and desire for exceptional performance; Must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; A combination of education and experience may be considered for this position.
