Position: Sponsorship Service & Activation Manager

Requirements: Previous experience in sponsorship activation, marketing, or a related field preferred; strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously; exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; a creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing and activation strategies; experience in event marketing and working with sponsors or clients in a fast-paced environment is a plus; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and think strategically; commitment to core values and service vision
Benefits: annual salary, health benefits, matching 401k program, unlimited PTO requests, vacation days awarded at the discretion of the General Manager with no maximum number of days per year; all vacation requests to be received at least two weeks prior, discouraged from April 1-October 1 due to event responsibilities; in case of illness, early notice required to the General Manager
