Position: Specialty Cook
About: HMSHost at Harry Reid International Airport is currently seeking a Specialty Cook to join their team. The Specialty Cook will be responsible for preparing wok-cooked and sautéed items, setting up stations for branded concepts, and ensuring high levels of service and communication with the management team and customers.
Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of wok-cooking experience or 1-2 years of sauté experience in a high-volume kitchen; successful completion of brand training program; proficiency in food preparation and HACCP standards; ability to work in varied kitchen temperatures and stand for up to nine hours; exceptional skills in handling ingredients, adapting to new menu items, and basic math calculations; capability to lift up to 30 lbs. and handle kitchen tools effectively
