Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years barista experience; third wave coffee experience; experienced front of house professional; passion for hospitality and keeping up with industry trends; ability to provide top-notch customer experience; ability to work collaboratively and adapt to company culture; flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events
